High Speed Tubular Stranding Machine:
Rotor:
The Tubular body of the standing machine is designed in such a
way that there is minimumjointing. Due to that there are very rare
chance of breakage of the tube as well as very less maintenance. While
fabricating the Tubular Body close fabrication tolerance observed.
Haul Off Device:
The equipments consists of the following two parts, the driving
gear box and the haul off constans. The gear box its drive from the
transmission shaft runningbehind the machine throught a flange
coupling. The haul off capstan has a diameter of 1200mm and carefully
machined surface. Ahead of the capstan is mounted the measuring counter
which serves for measuring the manufacturing length of stranded wire.
Cradles:
We are providing clutch to the spools. Due to that wire is
always in tension therefore the twisting and stranding of the wire
become very perfect. The position of the craddles and spools
considering the distance is designed in such a way that there si
minimum angle of the wire.
Takeup Unit:
The take up stand of our stranding machine is suitable for
taking a load of 6000kgs. The loading and unloading of the drum is
automatic as well as Traverse is provided to be takeup stand which
gives good quality of winding.
